Dan Collins began his professional cartooning career in 1975 working in magazines and greeting cards. He began doing editorial cartoons in 1996 for the Delaware Gazette until 2004. He won eleven awards from the Associated Press Society of Ohio, most of them first places in cartooning and illustrations. He has also sold cartoons to corporations for their social media marketing campaigns and started his own e-publishing company in 2011. He has many other cartoon e-books this being the seventeenth title.
